1. Return Policy and Process
Eligibility for Return: Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Customized products (e.g., photo prints, edited videos), gift cards, or clearance items are non-returnable.
Return Process:
Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, ship the item back to our provided return address at your expense. Upon receipt and inspection, eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
2. Refund and Dispute Policy
Service Refunds:
Refunds for drone photography or videography services will only be issued if we fail to meet the agreed deliverables, such as providing the agreed number of edited photos or videos within the specified timeline, or in the case of cancellation as outlined below.
Physical Goods Refunds:
Approved returns of physical goods will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt.
Disputes:
If you are unsatisfied with our services or products, please contact us at [email protected]. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Any disputes unresolved through direct communication may be escalated through relevant consumer protection agencies.
3. Cancellation Policy
Service Cancellations by the Client:
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will be refunded in full. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 20% cancellation fee to cover preparation costs. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled service.
Cancellations by Sky Sonic Drones:
In rare cases, we may need to cancel due to weather, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
4. Legal or Export Restrictions
Compliance with Local Laws: Sky Sonic Drones operates in full compliance with Australian drone laws and regulations, including CASA (Civil Aviation Safety Authority) guidelines. Clients must adhere to these regulations during our operations.
Restricted Areas: We will not conduct drone operations in restricted zones, including near airports, military areas, or other prohibited zones.
Export Restrictions: We do not currently offer international shipping for physical goods.
5. Terms and Conditions of Promotions
Promotions are valid only for the dates specified and cannot be combined with other offers. Details about promotion dates can be found on our website, via email announcements, or through our social media channels. Discounts do not apply to taxes, shipping, or additional fees. Sky Sonic Drones reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time without notice. Promotions are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
